Insurance & Treatment Guidelines To ensure we can provide you with the best care possible, please note that insurance only covers services that are medically necessary. Preventative or maintenance treatments aren’t covered and won’t be billed through your insurance.
Prescriptions for Insurance Billing For all insurance plans, we’ll need a valid prescription from your referring provider. These prescriptions are typically good for 6 to 12 months depending on your coverage—feel free to check with us if you’re unsure!
Chronic Condition Coverage If you're receiving care for a chronic condition, and it’s considered medically necessary, we’ll need confirmation from Regence. Just be sure to include the name of the representative you spoke with and their approval for treatment.
Appointments & Scheduling We truly value your time—and ours! To keep things running smoothly, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
For last-minute cancellations or missed appointments, the full appointment fee will apply. We know life happens, but we appreciate your understanding!
Appointment Reminders We send reminder emails as a courtesy, but we do encourage you to keep track of your appointments independently. It helps everything stay on schedule!
