Welcome to Organic Wellness
At Organic Wellness, our goal is simple: help people move better, feel better, and live with less pain.
For more than 20 years, we’ve been helping clients in Olympia restore balance in their bodies through thoughtful, skilled therapeutic massage. Whether you’re dealing with chronic tension, recovering from an injury, or feeling overwhelmed by stress, our team is here to support your body’s natural ability to heal.
Our Approach
Many of our clients come to us after months—or even years—of discomfort. Neck pain from long hours at a desk. Back pain that keeps returning. Stress that shows up as headaches, tight shoulders, or restless sleep.
Our practitioners focus on understanding the root of the problem and tailoring each session to your needs. Rather than a one-size-fits-all massage, we take a thoughtful, individualized approach so your body receives the care it truly needs.
Our work blends therapeutic skill with a calming environment so that you leave feeling not only relieved, but restored.
Experience You Can Trust
Organic Wellness has been part of the Olympia community for over two decades. During that time, we’ve helped thousands of clients find relief from pain, recover from injuries, and reconnect with a sense of physical ease.
Our team of experienced practitioners brings a wide range of training and techniques, allowing us to support many different needs—from chronic pain relief and injury recovery to prenatal care and deep relaxation.
But what matters most to us is simple: helping you feel better in your body.
Personalized Care
Every body is different, and every session should reflect that.
At Organic Wellness, your practitioner will work with you to understand your concerns and adjust techniques and pressure to support your goals. Some clients come to us seeking focused therapeutic work for pain or injury. Others simply need time to slow down, reset, and release the tension of daily life.
Whatever brings you in, our goal is to provide care that is thoughtful, respectful, and effective.
Serving Our Community
We are proud to serve the communities of Olympia, Tumwater, and Lacey. Many of our clients have been with us for years, and we’re honored to be part of their ongoing wellness and care.
We also work with many healthcare providers and accept several insurance plans to help make therapeutic massage accessible when it’s needed most.
Who We Help Most
Many of our clients come to Organic Wellness because something in their body isn’t working the way it should.
You may benefit most from our work if you:
• Struggle with chronic neck, shoulder, or back pain
• Experience headaches or tension from stress or desk work
• Are recovering from an injury or accident
• Feel tight, sore, or restricted in your movement
• Need time to slow down, relax, and reset your nervous system
Our practitioners take the time to listen and tailor each session to your specific needs. Whether your goal is pain relief, improved mobility, or simply feeling more comfortable in your body, we are here to help.

Paulette Guilbault
Admin, CBD Massage, Cupping Therapy Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Medical Massage, Prenatal Massage, Therapeutic Massage (Self Pay / Wellness)
Paulette graduated from Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy Skills in 2018. Born on the east coast, in Rhode Island, she has been a Pacific Northwester since 2012. Her journey into the healing arts began when she was in the Navy and became committed to fitness, health and well-being, and fascinated with the amazing functionality of the human body. The high stress, fast paced environment of the military helped her appreciate the benefits of massage on both body and mind. When she separated from the service, she decided she wanted to pursue a career in helping others find peace, balance and relief from pain and stress, and also just slow down with her own approach towards life. She is perpetually seeking knowledge on how we can heal ourselves through self-care, stress reduction and overall mindset. She looks forward to serving you while helping to illuminate the path to your healing. Paulette practices well with those seeking deep work, myofascial release and trigger point therapy.
