There was a time when I felt completely disconnected from my body. I was heavier than I had ever been—tired, frustrated, and disappointed. It felt like my body had let me down. I started avoiding friends and skipping activities I once loved because I didn’t like how I looked. My wetsuit didn’t fit, my mountain bike gathered dust, and my paddleboard stayed in storage. I felt isolated, exhausted, and stuck.

Then came the wake-up call: I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic. That moment changed everything. I realized I wanted more than just weight loss — I wanted to be a healthy, vibrant, positive presence in my daughter’s life.

I thought I was doing most things right. I didn’t eat much sugar, I exercised regularly, and I considered my diet fairly healthy. But something wasn’t adding up. So, I started paying closer attention. First, I cut out sugar — mostly alcohol — and then reduced grains while increasing protein. My numbers improved slightly, but I noticed they spiked at night.

That’s when I realized the deeper issue wasn’t just food — it was stress, hormones, and poor-quality sleep. That awareness changed the direction of my journey. Healing my metabolism meant healing my lifestyle — mind, body, and spirit. Today, I’m using what I’ve learned to help other women who feel stuck, frustrated, or defeated by weight loss struggles.

My mission is to support women in finding balance, rebuilding health from the inside out, and creating a sustainable way to feel strong, confident, and free in their own bodies again. If any part of my story feels familiar—if you’re tired of trying to fix yourself and ready to feel supported—you don’t have to walk this alone.

I’ve created a 12-week, client-driven program for women who want to rebuild their relationship with their bodies, their health, and their lives at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
